Q: What are the technology requirements to take the online courses?


A: You will need a computer with high-speed internet connection and an updated web browser. We recommend using Google Chrome. Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge may have incompatible versions.


Q: How long is the ArRC Superior Bleeding Control program?

A: The ArRC Superior Bleeding Control Provider Online Course will take 1-2 hours to complete. The ArRC SBC Instructor Training will take approximately 1 hour to complete, and the ArRC Superior Bleeding Control Provider Skills Workshop is an instructor-led hands-on skills opportunity and will vary in length depending on the structure and the instructor. Reach out to your skills instructor for more information.

 

Q: I have completed my course, why can’t I access or download my certificate?

A: To access your course completion certificate, you must complete the required course evaluation. Navigate back to your course and complete the evaluation by clicking the link on the course access page.

 

Q: What if I forgot my password?

A: You can request your password to be sent to you by navigating to the login page and selecting “Forgot Password”. The password will be emailed to you at your registered email address. You may also contact your organization’s Course Coordinator, and they can reset it for you.

 

Q: What if I need to make a change to my registered account email address?

A: Once you are logged in to your account, you may make changes to your account by finding your name in the upper left side of your screen. Click on the small arrow beside your name and select “My Account” from the drop-down menu. This will take you to your User Profile where you can make changes to your account information.

Be sure to also inform your instructor or course coordinator of any changes to your preferred email address.

 

Q: What if I need to correct the spelling of my name or change the way my name appears on my certificate?
